Biography
Diana Lopez received her Juris Doctor degree from John F. Kennedy School of Law, where she was actively involved in the Law Students Association and served in multiple leadership roles, including President and Vice President. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a Paralegal Certificate.
Diana represents clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and restraining orders. She also handles estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. Diana manages all aspects of her cases, including client communication, legal analysis, drafting, court filings, and preparation for hearings. Her fluency in Spanish enables her to effectively serve a broader range of clients throughout California.
Before joining Weed Law Group, Diana gained valuable experience as a paralegal, developing strong case management skills and a deep understanding of court procedures. Her background contributes to her efficient, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach to legal practice.
Originally from the Central Valley, Diana now resides in Contra Costa County. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
